Can trustees change docs without majority vote in MA?

Question:

condo_trustee_meetingOur master condo docs appear to be silent as to the trustees' ability to make changes to the docs without the vote of the majority of Unit owners.

Are trustees' actions supported by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 183A section 10(n)??? Is there another section or caselaw that requires the majority vote of unit owners?
