# Can two married owners control the condo board?

## What do you think? Question:

If a couple owns 2 units individually & that comprise a majority of the building (based on square footage), can they control the board with their majority vote? Someone mentioned a conflict of interest, but I'm not sure how that works since there are two separate but married owners.
