Can we be forced out of 55+ condo association?

Question:

I signed a 12 month lease with the owner of a "55 & older" condo unit (I am 73 years old), with a written agreement stating that "the renters daughter may stay in the Condo with her father, even if her father is out of town. Can the Management Co. force us both to move out if she is not 55?
