Can we right-size our bylaws for a 2 unit association?

Question:

I live in a condo home with a common wall between myself and my neighbor. That's it! One 2 family building. We are the entire association. We have no management company, we each pay half of the insurances. We each take care of our own yards, shovel our own sidewalks etc. BUT we have bylaws for a huge association, which we are not. Where can I go to to get reasonable bylaws that we can ( my neighbor and I) happily live with?
