Under Reconstruction & Repair Section of our Bylaws is item 2: Total Destruction. If the condominium is so damaged that no Unit is tenantable, the damaged property will not be rebuilt unless 80% or more of the Co-Owners agree to reconstruction by vote or in writing within 90 days after the destruction. Why is this added to the Bylaws and what is the trigger?
