Question:
The condo above mine has caused significant damage to my unit (my ceiling collapsed) due to the faulty installation of her windows.
I have asked her numerous times as well as sent written notices asking for replacements and repairs.
She has ignored them all. On top of all this, her unit is for sale. I feel like she is going to sell her unit and not make the neccessary repairs.
What should my next course of action be? Small claims court?
