Please answer the question below as it is most important and your response is greatly needed:
1) Is the data from an Arbitration meeting considered OFFICIAL RECORDS? I was the condo owner who filed against the association who claimed "I caused $20,000.00 in legal fees" - not one bill - receipt - time sheet - ever presented to establish $1.00.
The mediator at the arbitration meeting DENIED THIS EXPENSE.
I asked my management company for these records but they deny giving me this and claim it "IS PERSONAL".
Please help me and respond.
