We have an illegal board they are spending money crazy. Our 2016 audit still isn’t finished. My building is in the worst condition. Been promised for last 3 years they would paint and still not done. Our landscaping company comes in 3 hours for $2,900 a month - terrible they won’t do anything. We have to the 10th to pay regime if the the 10th falls on Saturday or Sunday we always had to pay on Monday until 11:59. I’ve been here 33 years have paid the regime 17 years now. The office girl said had to be in 9:00 am she has charged me a late fee I’m going to court never had to put up with such nonsense. She has only been here since middle of March her mother owns a condo but now up for sale. There is so much more we are the worst and South Carolina has no government departments to help.
