Condo association law - what constitutes breach of fiduciary duty?

Question:

Does anyone know exactly what constitutes Breach of Fiduciary Duty? Can stupidity or ignorance of the laws be a defense? If a president and fellow board members are aware of past practices and single out a single co-owner is this willful/wanton misconduct? I would like to hear any opinions. I plan on filing suit, if anyone has done so before, would appreciate knowing what the result was. Thanks
