I have a small pick-up truck. Condo docs dont exclude trucks, but exclude campers,RVs and boats. Condo docs say parking lot is for the exclusive use of 4 wheeled passenger cars. This is currently being interpreted by the board as to exclude trucks even if used as passenger vehicles. I have heard that the courts are upholding light duty trucks without commercial markings as being the same as cars. What can you lend to this? Florida
