Condo board is now fashion police

Question:

We are experiencing a situation whereby our condo's Board of Directors seems to be making arbitrary and capricious rulings on how owners may decorate their homes when people gaze into their homes from the condo's common area. The condo rules for this situation are are not specific and are very subjective. Has anyone also experienced this situation? What did you do about it?  We are in Minnesota
