I have organized last year an owners workshop which is a group of owner's that gets together and we talk about what they would like to see improved within our community. We in fact got a lot done after these suggestions were submitted to the board.
This year I attempted to have another owners' workshop and I posted a notice on our three community bulletin boards and the Board of Directors removed them stating that this is not a "social event" and therefore I could not post such a notice. My question is do they have the right to stop us from the right to assembly and do they have the right to stop us from posting a notice of assembling?
