Condo ceiling leaking water. Who should fix it?

Question:

I live on top floor and water is dripping through the ceiling. Not from sprinkler head, but drops on (best as I can describe) circle holding mechanism to ceiling.  Whose responsibility to discover source of leak and to repair?
