Condo management fees - what's reasonable?

Question:

Sunrise is the manager of our condo. When the condo was established some 30 years ago the management contract included a 5% per year cost escalation clause.  As a result today's management fee amounts to about 70% of the services provided. What is a reasonable management fee for a condo management?
