Condo owners need to vacate building.  Any re-lo policies to share?

We are experiencing some foundation issues in some of our units which would make it necessary for slab floors to be removed for shoring up bearing walls. It will be necessary for the unit owners involved to leave for about two weeks. Does anyone have any policies on relocation? Per diem? Extra for pet boarding? What should we be considering or including in the owner temporary relocation packages? Thanks for your ideas and input. Illinois.
