What has happened is the president of the board is approaching under-aged residents. This could be for a rule or regulation issue or another issue of the property. This was brought up in a meeting when it first happened - now it has happened again. When this was first stated at a board meeting they did this and the board members made light of it. The person who is president lied about not approaching an under aged child the first time -now it has happened again with people being blamed for whatever these days. I am seeing a pattern here
