Damaged roof is problem for condo owner

Question:

I live in a condo and just recently got a new roof. The first roof was removed by the roofer and a new roof installed over the wood. My condo was 21 years old when this project was done. I purchased the model condo when it was eight years old and was able to get all the nail pops and settling cracks, etc. fixed and the place repainted before I closed on the condo in 1996. My walls were perfect without any nail pops, cracks etc. In 2009, the roof was replaced and now I have cracks all over the condo. One crack is just down a straight wall from the roof to the second floor, all the builder's built-in now have cracks especially those on the third floor where it meets the roof, and even the baseboard now has cracks plus many nail pops I didn't have before. I haven't looked for anything and have just noticed the ones that are out in the open and you can't miss. Can a roof being removed and a new one put on cause the inside cracks to happen and who is responsible to repair this. I also had a leak after the new roof was put on and the association has not repaired the damage inside although they did have the maintenance man fix the leak. I just would like to know who is going to take care of this and if all this damage I didn't have before is now my responsibility. Any advise you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
