Defined limits on the perimeter for homeowners' responsibilities

Our PUD governing documents define, in addition to the unit's perimeter, all front walks, stairs, stoops, patio, and decks are included within the unit's boundaries. Therefore the owner is responsible for repairs, etc. 


It doesn't specifically define "front porches." Is the term "front porch" interchangeable with "stoop"? Front porches are covered within the roof line of units. Thanks in advance!
