Deland FL board has HOA meetings when employed owners cant attend

Question:

Our HOA Board schedules meetings for early afternoons. This has prevented working homeowners to attend most, if not, all meetings. Our Board has advised that there are no regulations that stipulate what time of day meetings are to be held must, including meets that require a vote. Is this true? Deland, FL
