As I have complained about our President residing in another STATE FOR 11 1/2 MONTHS out of the year. President not see that our BOD Treasurer performed her important and vital steps to our Association. President did not arrange to have ROUTINE REVIEW of Association’s financial records - did NOT have a REQUIRED AUDIT our management company forged $250,000 from Association’s financials FUNDS.
President sent letter to all deeded owners talking because of this (she refers to forged checks as the “PONZE SCHEME and informs INNOCENT OWNERS ARE TO BE OBLIGATED TO BE FORCED TO PAY FOR AN ASSESSMENT BECAUSE OF THIS FAILURE ON THE PRESIDENT IN NOT PROTECTING SHAREHOLDERS PROPERTY AND FINANCES LEADER OF THE COMMUNITY
