Do gated communities have one key or code or does everyone get their own?


Question:

When living in a gated community with a combination lock on the gate, does each condo have their own entry combination or is there only one combination given to all units? Our Board is having this discussion and wondered how other gated communities address this issue.  Lake Havasu City AZ
