Pay monthly condo & HOA fees by check, ACH draft or credit card?

We would like to know how do you pay your monthly condo association and HOA fees:

1. Checks by mail?
2. Drop off checks to an on-site management office?
3. ACH draft from checking account?
4. Pay by credit card?

Which option is most desirable to you?
