Documents say common area must be maintained, issues persist!

Question:

This question is submitted by Rose M. out of Pompano Beach, FL

Our board closed the ladies washroom at the pool because it needed renovations so we now have one bathroom for men and ladies. We have 110 units and our documents specifically says the common area must be maintained. We have a shuffle board that no one uses and because be person objected to remove it, they repaired it, yet they closed the second bathroom. The problem now only one person can use the bathroom and with a key you can easily walk in on the opposite sex. What recourse do we have.
