Does anyone have bylaw language on bedroom occupancy?


Question:

We have a potential buyer who wants to rent to his daughter and 3 children (2 girls and 1 boy) in a 2 bedroom condo. Our by-laws state that there is a 2 person maximum per bedroom. Is there any regulations on a mother and son sharing a bedroom?
