Our Association is making major changes to our Gathering Room and 7 Common Areas. Alterations are 9 new furniture items, new lighting Sconces, New Art works, new Library Cupboard and reupholstering existing furniture.
They claim they do not need Unit Owner Vote for Material Alteration because our Condo Documents state that anything less than 10% of our Annual Budget ($240,000 less the Reserves). Does this supersede the Florida Statute 718?
