Does insurance cover condo board from lawsuits?


Question:

I filed a complaint against the BOD.  It may go to court,  Am I correct that the BOD is protected and covered by INSURANCE POLICY for damages and legal fees?
 
If the owner should prevail, does the Association's insurance policy cover attorney fees - - to the owner?  Florida
