Elderly couple feels ignored by condo association management

Question:

Neither the condo board or the management company acknowledges my emails regarding an infraction of our rules and regulations. My husband is eighty nine and I am seventy eight we both feel that because of our age they ignore us. We have been here twenty two years and have never had a problem prior to the election of this board.
