Emergency access for HOA units?

Question:

My HOA bylaws state....11.1 Access. The irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable hours as may be necessary for the maintenance, repair or replacement of any common elements therein, or for making emergency repairs therein necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to any other Unit or Units, or to determine compliance with the terms and provisions of this Declaration, the exhibits annexed hereto, and the Rules and Regulations adopted
pursuant to such documents, as the same may be amended from time to time.

The Association requires that an entry key be deposited with the Association for both unit and garage storage bin/area. Which I agree with and provided them with their own 6 digit code to enter... my property management company uses electronic entry system to monitor who comes and goes (Renters) the HOA is demanding a metal key which I don't even have.... did I satisfy the requirements....
