I'm living an absolute condo nightmare. 5 units. All it took was one foreclosure for everything to go downhill. The unit is still bank owned. One unit's boyfriend cleaned it up and we all agreed to rent it to benefit the association. Problem is now he pockets all the money! Im not even sure if what we are doing is legal. He claims we have a lawyer but has never turned up the name. I think he is a con artist. Now no one is even paying regular fees. City hall says Bank of Mellon owns it but I have contacted that bank three times and they wont take ownership. Im at wits end and ready to walk away. Please someone help with advice.
