Question:
I am on the board of our small condo association, We had a new president take over about a year ago, and the condo association is now disarray.
She has, of her own accord, proceeded with hiring another resident to perform some "clean-up". Not all of the board owners were aware of this.
The service has been rendered, and the monies have been paid.
Our management company falsified information in an email regarding a 4/5 vote, when two of us were never even notified. The board consists of 5 board members.
What process can I take to ensure the proper procedure is followed?
