The HOA management company and attorney foreclosed on a condo. This was a big mistake. They have now released bank of any responsibility (previous owner also
owes bank) and no HOA fees are getting paid. The bank is waiting for market to go higher & refuses all offers. Can HOA get out of this, other than renting condo? Florida
