I’ve bought out the former co-owner of my condo unit, and have presented a certified copy of my recorded deed to the Board of Directors and Property Management Company. I’ve also made it clear that, per our Bylaws, this person can no longer be privy to information about me, the condo unit, or our Condo Association meetings.
However, the individual continues to participate in our meetings as if they were still the BOD President, which they had resigned from months back.
How can I ensure that the Board of Directors and Property Management Company respect our Bylaws and my wishes?
