Unfortunately no one disclosed the fact that my condo has some structural problems when I purchased it. Since buying in this last spring there is evidence the building is sinking. I'm on the end. I have a window that has cracked and can no longer be closed and the outside door next to it is getting difficult to close. The management company has sent two people to look at it and both said it's bad and a structural engineer needs to assess the damage and provide a report on how to fix it. I have one friend on the board who tells me he knows the board will not vote to pay for the report. He's telling me to get a lawyer. Thoughts?
