Hello, I am a trustee at an HOA in Massachusetts with about 70 units. We have high utility bills and a previous board left us with low reserves and many projects to complete. I would like the advice from any board members of similarly sized property (about 12,000 square feet of south facing roof space) that have installed solar panels, and if you are happy with the arrangement after installation. If you are willing to share the financial benefit, I would appreciate it
