Our HOA is controlled by one woman. She hasn't given a financial report in 2 years. I found out our HOA is no longer active and I showed her. She hasn't filed taxes informational purposes in 2 years. Refuses to let me see financials. The other members get to vote on whether I see them. There are only 7 people in HOA and they all like her. I don't because she refuses to give me financial report without other members agreeing to it. She is the only board member no other officers and she says they voted on having only 1 person having to sign checks. I wasn't at that meeting because I left early and resigned as the secretary at the meeting. Please help. Maryland
