Question:
Is a million dollars not enough to complete a 30 foot section of a walkway?
This is one of the many bizarre claims my HOA has made. They were replacing a walkway (which lead to the parking lot including a handicap parking space).
They suddenly stopped and left the entire walkway taped off for 7 weeks.
As usual there was no communication. Afterwards, they said they ran out of money and couldn't finish it, but we have a million dollars in reserve.
They expected people to walk all the way around the building to enter the lot for the other side, and yelled at people for ducking under the tape and walking down the grass.
