HOA is not handling its responsibilities

Please help me!
I own a condo, and our property management company is the same as our home owners association. I am paying $345 a month in HOA fees for a CONDO, the management has not been keeping up with tasks in the community— keeping the pool clean and able to use, maintaining the dumpster area, holding meetings in person or via zoom due to covid, repairing concrete sidewalks and unsafe issues in the community.
I have emailed and called several times, this has been going on for a really long time and I’ve only lived here almost 2 years. I don’t know what to do or to get rid of this company!! I also would like to mention that I do not know anything about our board members, our community website hasn’t been updated in 5 years and no one will provide any information about the board members (president, secretary, treasurer)
