Our irrigation system had not worked for over one year, which caused our lawn and landscaping plants to die, weeds took over. I contacted the HOA for over a year repeatedly - they finally have corrected the irrigation issue, however they keep saying the have plants scheduled to be installed and sod to be put down...but it does not seem to be a priority for them. We put our home on the market in December, needless to say - I have exchanged several messages with them regarding this and so far - I have had to remove all the dead plants myself - the did finally get the weeds sprayed, however I feel their lack of urgency has certainly not helped with the sell of our condo. What is our recourse?
