The private parking spots are not evenly striped. The person to my left has 94" to park, and the person to my right has 104" and parks on the line, forcing me to not have room to unload groceries, etc. The HOA recommended that I not park in my parking space except for emergencies, that the parking spaces are all legal for public parking. Does the same apply to private parking?
