I am a owner of a condo in the state of Oregon. I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran and a lung cancer survivor with COPD. I'm on 4 liters of oxygen 24/7. My wife has a friend who is living with us and helps me during the day with things that I can't do anymore because of my pulmonary disease. I received a very nasty phone call from the HOA president telling me I have to man up and get her out of my condo asap. He stated he doesn't care about her helping me she has to go because the HOA by-laws state a house sitter
can only stay 120 days and he wants her out now. He just became president 6 or 7 months ago and the past presidents didn't notify me of my violation to the sitter law. Can I fight this demand?
