Hoarders Living in Our Community


Question:

I am president of our condo board. A number of residents/owners have complained about a strong odor coming from an adjacent unit. The police were called for a wellness check. The owner spoke to him assured him he is fine. The officer then told me from what he could see we are dealing with a hoarding situation. What can we do to address this.
