Holiday Decoration Guidelines: Keeping the Season Festive for Everyone

As we head into the holiday season, the Board is reviewing how seasonal decorations are displayed to help keep the community festive and harmonious.

Our documents allow the Board to adopt reasonable rules to prevent displays that may be considered a nuisance. With that in mind, we’re looking to encourage holiday décor that is respectful, seasonal, and kept within patios or balconies.

Has anyone implemented similar holiday decoration guidelines? Any insight would be appreciated.
