Question:
Can I reasonably expect to be allowed to read a condo's bylaws if I am not presently intending to buy a unit in that building, but may be in the next 2-3 years?
I've encountered managers who refuse to show me the bylaws until I am a serious potential buyer at the property. How can I gain access to condo by-laws under these circumstances?
