How do get the board to open our swimming pool this summer?

Question:

I live in a condominium complex of which I own 2 condos. We pay a monthly maintenance but we have not heard from the pool association board since before Covid-19. I got in touch with the pool boards lawyer and was told that 10% of my common charges go towards the pool. I am paying $780. a year towards a pool but our our complex has not had any communication with the pool board. What can we do to get our pool open this year and have some communication from this board. The lawyer who is representing them is of no help to the condo owners.  New York
