How much should a legal review of bylaws cost?

Question:

We are in Denver and want a lawyer to review our bylaws to make sure they are up to date with things like short term rentals, cannabis consumption and other things that have changed in the world since our bylaws were created 35 years ago.   We were quoted about 4 hours at $425 an hour.  Does that sounds reasonable based on your experiences?
