First question - Can non-board members (homeowners) drive the HOA meeting agenda in Florida.
Second question - Can homeowners bring a subject/item at an approved HOA Meeting and bypass the board to have the homeowners present at the HOA meeting, vote on the approval of this subject/item in Florida?
Can the board approve changes in rules without homeowners approval?
