How much time allotted to enforce new condo rules?

Question:

I cannot find guidelines on time-line in which condo association board can make an owner comply with rule. I would like to read where it shows association looses it right to enforce after sending letter they do not follow up within 6 years. Now statutes of limitations one year in which to enforce?  I am in Florida
