How to calculate your portion of a special assessment

Question:

Can undivided interests, which are set at 4 decimal points based on unit size, be rounded up to 2 decimal points for figuring amount owed on a special assessment? This practice then has some owners paying higher or lower than if the full percentage points of undivided interest was used.
