Our COA Board president has recently allowed owners to attend Board meetings, which are held monthly. It's allowed by our By-Laws. She is refusing to allow anyone in the audience, after the meeting is over, to make comments or ask questions about what they've just heard discussed by the Board. She says we can only advise her in advance of the meeting what we want to discuss. This seems unrealistic and unfair to the owners. We don't disrupt the meeting as it's going on, but sit patiently and wait till it's over before anyone has ever asked to be recognized to make a comment or ask as question. Are we being unreasonable not to want to have to wait another month to ask our question, when the Board could set aside a mere 10-15 minutes after a meeting to allow for a quick Q&A?
