When mice get into the walls of a condo, and they are not getting into the wall from the unit, who fixes this? I have share a wall with the elevator shaft and and there is a mouse in my wall I can hear at night. An inspector came out and said there is no evidence of mice being in my unit and that they must have gotten in from the elevator shaft or vents. Who fixes this? Even if I drilled holes in my wall the get the mice out, how do I stop them from getting back in? My condo association has not gotten back to me. Chicago, Ill
